How to read a device
Each status describes a different part
of the system. One device can be Fully
Online while its Player, GPS, power or
screen has a different state.
Example:
Fully Online + Player Online +
Power Disconnected + Screen OFF
can be normal when the taxi is parked.
Device statuses
Fully
Online — tablet is reachable
through Fully Cloud.
Offline — Fully Cloud cannot
currently reach the tablet.
Power
Connected — external power is
connected.
Disconnected — external power
is disconnected; this is not always
a fault.
Unknown — no fresh power data.
Screen
ON — physical display is on.
OFF — physical display is off.
Unknown — current state cannot
be confirmed.
Player
Online — Player heartbeat is
newer than 90 seconds.
Offline — no Player heartbeat
for more than 90 seconds.
Unprovisioned — Player has not
been registered on this tablet.
GPS
OK — fresh GPS fix.
Stale — GPS fix is becoming old.
No Fix — Player is online but
there is no fresh GPS position.
Unknown — GPS state cannot be
reliably determined.
Vehicle
Moving — current speed is
at least 5 km/h.
Active — stopped now, but moved
within the last 5 minutes.
Idle — GPS is available but
there has been no recent movement.
Unknown — insufficient fresh
Player/GPS data.
Battery
Last known tablet battery level.
Distance
GPS distance accumulated today.
Heartbeat
Time since the last valid device
heartbeat from the relevant service.
Fully heartbeat uses normalized UTC
time from the Fully monitor.
Status colors
● Green — normal / active
● Orange — attention / uncertain
● Red — offline / problem
● Gray — unknown / not applicable
Advertising & PoP
PoP today
Valid advertising impressions
completed today.
Completed
Advertising slot completed successfully.
Counts as a PoP.
Interrupted
Playback started but was interrupted,
for example because the screen turned
off. Does not count as a PoP.
Failed
Playback failed. Does not count
as a PoP.
Attention required
This block is intentionally reserved for
communication problems with the tablet itself.
Device unreachable
Fully Cloud cannot reach the tablet.
Telemetry stale
The device is known to Fully, but
fresh telemetry has not arrived.
Player Offline, GPS No Fix, Vehicle Idle,
Power Disconnected and Unprovisioned do not
automatically mean that the tablet itself
is unreachable.

Active advertisers can be used
for new campaigns.
Disabled preserves all historical
campaigns, media and PoP, but blocks
new campaign publishing, new media
assignment and campaign reactivation.
Existing active campaigns are not stopped
automatically; use Pause or Archive
when playback must be stopped.

Uploaded video and image assets.
Playlist
Controls the global Player content
order and information slides.
Settings
Operational and notification settings.
Interface language
The CRM is available in Armenian,
Russian and English. Your selected
language is saved on this device.
Campaign Analytics
Advertising delivery and Proof-of-Play
reporting for an individual campaign.
Completed PoP
Verified completed advertising
video or image playbacks.
Interrupted / Failed
Diagnostic playback events.
They do not count as completed PoP.
Completion rate
Completed ÷
(Completed + Interrupted + Failed).
Period
Last 7 days, Last 30 days or
All time. Today and Yesterday use
the Asia/Yerevan calendar day.
Comparison
7-day and 30-day views compare
delivery with the immediately
preceding period of equal length.
PoP by day
Daily completed PoP, daily average
and strongest delivery day.
PoP by hour
Completed PoP by hour,
peak hour and hourly average.
Times use Asia/Yerevan.
Device performance
Completed, interrupted, failed
and completion rate per tablet.
Export CSV
Downloads the selected campaign,
period, summary metrics, daily PoP
and device performance.
Notification Center
Current contains unread notifications
that require attention. History preserves
notification history.
Mark as read
Acknowledges one notification.
It disappears from Current but
is not deleted from History.
Mark all as read
Acknowledges all current unread
notifications for the CRM user.
Resolved
Read means the operator has seen
the notification. Resolved means
the underlying condition no longer
exists.
